Mariko North - Piano Recital
Young Concert Artists Programme Aberdeen-born Mariko North studies at the Royal College of Music with John Blakely and has participated in masterclasses with such distinguished pianists as Stephen Kovacevich, Boris Berman, Bernard Roberts and Malcolm Martineau. The Deveron Festival is delighted that Mariko’s concert will be the first in our Young Concert Artists Programmes giving a concert platform to young musicians at the beginning of what we hope will be a successful career. Her programme will include Beethoven’s Piano Sonata, Op.10 no.3 in D major, Debussy’s ‘Estampes’ and some Chopin for the romantics among you. |
